It is a beautiful villa , with modern amenities. The kitchen is well equipped , the swimming pool is clean and is od adequate size. The Candolim beach is about 7 minutes walk. It is a beautiful clean beach. The service is very good and you can get food cooked too at a very low cost Overall it is a wonderful place.

It was a pleasant stay, Kids have enjoined a lot in house. All staff were very cooperative and well mannered Place was very peaceful neat n clean also area was close to go everywhere Thanks to Abhishek for quick response to every quires, very well hosted.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, with excellent hygiene standards throughout, particularly in the bathrooms. However, I did find the kitchen area to be somewhat lacking. As someone who rarely uses aluminum and non-stick utensils, I found the available options to be less than ideal. One area that requires attention is the kitchen wardrobes, which appear to be well-used and in need of refurbishment or replacement. Upgrading these would significantly enhance the overall kitchen experience. Despite this, I appreciate the efforts made to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. With some improvements to the kitchen, this property has the potential to exceed expectations.

Host and Staff: Host Prateek was super nice and responsive, he readily got the things available. His staff was very active as well. Cleaning was done every day. Linen were changed time to time. All equipments, sockets, ACs were properly working About the stay: Easy accessibility to famous restaurants plus it was close to many famous view points. It was a best decision to book this stay.

It was an amazing place. We really enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was helpful with respect to all our requests. Just a small suggestion, if you could have a standee fan in the pool area will help people who are not in the pool to sit for longer in hot climate.

Our stay in the apartment was amazing. The receptionist was kind and thoughtful. He was always there to give us a hand and asking if we need something. We are very grateful for everything. The apartment was tidy and neat. Sheet and pillow cases were clean as well.
