- Check-in: 02:00PM

- The entire villa cleaning is done every day and linen changed every alternate day.
- Cook will be provided for meals at ₹1200 per meal, groceries to be charged on actuals
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa; however, provisions have been made in the outdoor spaces; you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Smoking Inside will lead to a penalty of ₹5,000.
- We love music; however, No loud music is allowed after 10:00PM.
- Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest.
- Govt IDs for all the guests staying have to be submitted.
- Consumption of banned substances and indulging in any illegal activities will be penalized and relevant authorities will be involved.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date are eligible for a Credit Note valid for 60 days usable on alternate stays managed by our company for the amount paid
- Any cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date are non-refundable
Peak Dates/Long Weekends:
- Bookings during these dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable
Amendments & Cancellations After Check-In:
- No amendments or cancellations are allowed after check-in.
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded once check-in has occurred
Refund Policy:
- Failure to arrive at the accommodation will be treated as no-show & no refund will be given
- No Refund will be given in a case of Act of God, etc.
